Install seven stainless steel tie-rods at the 2nd floor level of the faade, per application and drawings received 7/12/13 and 8/2/13, respectively, with four near the side wall being 8 long, and three above the far left door opening being long. All seven be attached to decorative washers, identified in the materials submitted with the application, and stamped vcc approved 8/22/13. Stabilize an area of brick masonry on 2nd floor facade, approximately 4 x 2above the far right door opening using approximately eight (8) 24 spira-lok fasteners, screwed into the brick. All work is to be done according to details on drawings and other documents stamped vcc approved on 8/22/13.
